Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients during pre-sales to understand requirements, define project scope, and create overall solutions architecture and roadmap.
- Provide domain insights, identify technical prerequisites, dependencies, and potential risks, and prepare detailed task plans and effort estimations.
- Define resource composition, finalize project teams, and prepare the Project Scope document with finalized architecture.
- Ensure pre-execution readiness by bridging knowledge gaps with Tech Leads, approving technical documents (naming conventions, ETL methodology, testing strategy, data loading sequence, etc.).
- Drive development tasks, review critical objects, ensure development standards are met, and guide Tech Leads throughout solution delivery.
- Oversee unit testing, issue resolution, and ensure alignment with business rules.
- Lead performance testing (queries, dashboards, stored procedures, data loading) and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Review and approve UAT documentation, manage UAT execution, and ensure issue clearance.
- Lead go-live activities including pre-go-live checks, deployment, and historical data loading to production.
- Ensure smooth project handover and provide post-go-live support as required.
- Bring innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and solution delivery.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with significant leadership experience.
- Advanced certifications in data analytics and relevant tools.
- Proven experience handling architecture in large-scale projects, including client-facing end-to-end ownership.
- Strong expertise in analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), machine learning, and AI.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and mentor talent.
- Experience working across diverse industries and with global projects.
- Track record of driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
